Dr. Manuel Urteaga is an educator, small business owner, and lifelong advocate for student success with deep roots in the Rio Hondo College community. A former Rio Hondo College student, he understands firsthand the life-changing opportunities community colleges provide. He is committed to expanding access, increasing enrollment, and preparing students for successful careers through stronger academic programs, career and technical education, and meaningful partnerships with local businesses.
